This is the first time I ran into this pairing and I love it!!!
A few really cunning writers given story arc long enough for this would be able to pull this off!!!
I think I will spend a lots moments on thinking about the scenes and dialogs, when this realtionship is pushed forward. Or even better when the rest of SG1 finds out it. Set in the later seasons I think, Vala will be able to shake off the shock first to make a snarky remark, then Daniel, than Jack (after processing the several layers of WTF) to chew her for snogging Ba'al being unprofessional and dangerous. He is her Boss after all. Mitchell and Teal'c will not be able to talk about this for a long time and go for ignoring as long as they can. Arrgh!!! Dialog forming in my head...
I don't know what is written in the discription, because English and German are only languages I can read/write, so I will entertain my self with just looking at the nice pictures.
